Visual tour of SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium
SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium
When we visited Phoenix a few months ago, we spent an afternoon at the SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium in Tempe (located east of Phoenix). We certainly didn’t expect to see sharks and stingrays in the dry deserts of Arizona, so we were quite impressed by this aquarium.
SEA LIFE Arizona is a 26,000 square foot aquarium with more than 30 display tanks, 12 habitat zones, over 5,000 creatures and an Ocean Tunnel with 360 degree views. The aquarium tanks are low to the ground, which is perfect for toddler viewing while on foot or in a stroller.
We took a lot of photos during our visit and thought you’d like to take a peak inside.
Connor cozy and sleeping in his Onya Baby Carrier
A stingray smiling at us
Walking through the 360° ocean tunnel
The main aquarium has the skeleton of what appears to be a large dinosaur
Lots of sharks to view for our curious toddler
The aquarium is very stroller friendly
There are lots of fun tunnels to climb through
And windows to look through
When little legs get tired, the aquariums are viewable even from a stroller
Braydon loved all the big fish
